HOW IT WORKS: eGrocer cooking app analyzes your weight, height, activity level and calculates your body mass ratios to suggest recipes that are not only nourishing but also cap your extra calorie intake. You can set your activity level and targeted body weight in the app to sync your workouts with the meal plans that the app offers you. To further streamline & personalize your meal plans, eGrocer also takes into consideration your preferences (veg/non-veg, likes/dislikes allergens, etc.), choice of cuisine (American, Chinese, Mexican, etc.), themes (kids at home/school, specials), cooking budget and the items/ingredients you have in your pantry. This is enabled through quick opt-in menus present within the app. You can choose to input this information or select default settings to make custom meal plans.
